When submitting an insurance certificate (Carré Neige insurance), the following data may be collected: first and last name, email address, and the supporting document uploaded by the user.

This data is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating the processing of the file and, where applicable, enabling assistance by rescue services. It is strictly limited to this purpose and is neither transferred nor sold to unauthorized third parties. The data is retained only for the time necessary to process the file. As a general rule, all submitted files are deleted no later than the annual purge carried out on November 1 following the date of submission.

When subscribing to the “Conditions of the Day” newsletter, the user’s email address is collected in order to send: updates related to daily conditions, field analyses, and information and news issued by the ski patrol services.

The data collected for this purpose is used exclusively to send these communications. It is neither transferred nor sold, nor used for any third-party commercial purposes. Users may unsubscribe at any time using the methods indicated in the communications sent.
